Corrugated paperboard is a versatile packaging material that can be effectively designed to meet many customer requirements. We often integrate it with other materials, such as fabricated foam, wood, molded foam or thermoformed plastics. In many instances, the material offers the best solution when used alone.
Singlewall
Singlewall corrugated board consists of a medium with a liner attached to each side.
Doublewall
Doublewall corrugated board consists of three linerboards and two fluted mediums. Stiffer and stronger than singlewall, doublewall is often recommended for heavy applications.
Triplewall
Triplewall is composed of four linerboards separated by three fluted mediums. The board can handle very heavy or large applications and can often be substituted for wood.
Plastic Corrugated
Similar to corrugated fiberboard in overall characteristics, plastic corrugated is typically extruded from polypropylene. Advantages include excellent moisture resistance and increased durability. We fabricate this material into a variety of applications, including totes, bins and material handling pallet sleeves.
